(Current rates listed are from Summer 2011; Summer 2012 rates to be published shortly)

All halls are air conditioned and wireless with all bathrooms contained within the individual suites. Desk services are provided for our summer camp/conference groups with the exception of any apartment communities.  Floor lounges/meeting rooms are also available upon request depending upon the hall assigned for the group.

Conference Levels

Basic Level  (Rogers, Gresham, and The Inn)

Double occupancy room with a bathroom connected to another double occupancy room.  No linens are provided. 

Basic Level

  • Double room $25.75/night per person
  • Single room $33.00/night per person

*Linen is available for $10.00 per person (one-time fee)

Conference Level (Scotland, England, & France)

Double occupancy room with a bathroom within the room.  Room is prepared and linen package provided in the room.

  • Double room $33.00/night per person
  • Single room $41.00/night per person (Limited)

Premium Suites (Dominion, Virginia & Ireland)

These are predominantly single rooms with common living room area.  Bathrooms within the suite are shared with one other person.  Room is prepared and linen package is provided in the room.

Premium Suites

  • Double room $39.00/night per person (Limited)
  • Single room $47.50/night per person

*Pillow and comforter/blanket is included

 

Linen Package

Linen package includes 1 bath towel, washcloth, blanket or comforter, pillow, and sheet set.

Conference ID Cards

All participants must carry ODU Conference ID cards at all times during their stay.  This identifies you as a Conference attendee as well as provides door access and access to your meal plan (if applicable).

$6 per day

Fitness Center Access
Rates still being developed for Summer 2011
Participants must be 16 years of age for total fitness center access.
*Pricing available for hourly pool, court and classroom rentals.

Classroom/Meeting Space Access 
*Pricing available for classroom and on campus meeting spaces depending on group's needs and space availability.
