All halls are air conditioned and wireless with all bathrooms contained within the individual suites. Desk services are provided for our summer camp/conference groups with the exception of any apartment communities. Floor lounges/meeting rooms are also available upon request depending upon the hall assigned for the group.
Conference Levels
Basic Level (Rogers, Gresham, and The Inn)
Double occupancy room with a bathroom connected to another double occupancy room. No linens are provided.

Conference Level (Scotland, England, & France)
Double occupancy room with a bathroom within the room. Room is prepared and linen package provided in the room.

Premium Suites (Dominion, Virginia & Ireland)
These are predominantly single rooms with common living room area. Bathrooms within the suite are shared with one other person. Room is prepared and linen package is provided in the room.

Conference ID Cards
All participants must carry ODU Conference ID cards at all times during their stay. This identifies you as a Conference attendee as well as provides door access and access to your meal plan (if applicable).

Lost key fee $75.00
Lost or replacement card $5.00 per person
Non-refundable Deposit 10% of quote
