IF YOU HAVE NOT YET SIGNED UP FOR A MAINTENANCE DIRECT ACCOUNT
Enter and track your work orders in Maintenance Direct - Facilities Management's work order system - 7/24. Follow the link below to quickly learn how to enter your non-emergency work orders for campus facilities - from any PC. Maintenance Direct will acknowledge your requests and update you on the status of your work requests via e-mail.
For emergency situations during normal hours (Total loss of power to entire building / room, flooding, safety issues, security issues (locks, doors, windows), etc. please call 683-4600.
For emergency situations when the Maintenance Support Center is closed:
- For Fire, Police or Medical emergencies, call 911. For University Police assistance call 683-4000.
- For residents of ODU residence halls - contact your RA, Graduate Assistant or the Resident Hall Director for assistance. If you cannot reach anyone else, contact the University Police at 683-4000.
- For non-residence hall issues, contact the University Police at 683-4000.
