The goal of Customer Relations is to provide excellent service to all customers of the University - students, parents, and faculty/staff. Customer Relations' mission is to serve the educational needs of students and the administrative needs of departments. Customer Relations will assist the Office of Finance, the Office of the Registrar, and the Office of Student Financial Aid by providing coordination of administrative services. We firmly believe in serving the needs of our customers.
