Submission of Leave Taken
Non-Exempt Classified employees are responsible for reporting time worked and leave taken on a daily basis via Web Time Entry. Non-exempt classified employees must complete a Web Timesheet containing the actual number of hours worked each day during the pay period. Not entering time worked or leave taken on the Web Timesheet via Web Time Entry will result in a dalay in payment.
Exempt Classified employees are responsible for recording exception time only (i.e., vacation or sick time) and compensatory leave (if allowed) via Web Time Entry. Exempt Classified employees must submit a Web Timesheet for every pay period.
It is a violation of the Standards of Conduct to falsify, alter or deliberately fail to submit a Web Time Entry timesheet. For full information about annual leave policies, please click here to access the Human Resources web site (refer to Worktime and Leave and Classified Handbook).
