All motor vehicles parked in facilities owned or operated by the University must be registered and display a valid decal. The registered owner of a motor vehicle is responsible for all violations incurred by the vehicle regardless of who is operating the vehicle. However, persons who register vehicles with the University will incur secondary responsibility, and may be subject to University administrative action for parking violations.

Unauthorized Use of Decal
Disposal or acceptance of any decal or pass through sale or gift is forbidden and may constitute fraud against the Commonwealth of Virginia.
