FILM STUDENTS!! 

ETC: Norfolk's Indie Music & Arts Festival & ODU CHALLENGE
Festevents/ODU Film  "ETC Film Challenge"

 
ODU Students will be challenged to create a 3-5 minute short film
There is no theme to the films.
The films are not to be offensive in nature or about any controversial subjects.
Films will be shown in a family friendly environment
 
All films will be submitted in to Katherine Hammond (khammond@odu.edu) in MP4 format.
 
Early Entry – August 15, 2013
Deadline for Submissions – September 1, 2013
 
All films chosen will be shown at ETC: Norfolk's Indie Music & Arts Festival on
September 14, 2013 in Town Point Park in Downtown Norfolk, VA
and/ or an auxiliary location that is affiliated with
"ETC: Norfolk's Indie Music & Arts Festival"

THE SOLVE-IT YOURSELF MUSICAL!!

THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD by Rupert Holmes

There are parts for Actors, Singers and Dancers and those who do it all! 

There are 11 principal parts and many chorus parts.

Auditions will be August 28 & 29 with callbacks on August 30 from 6-9pm.  They will be held in the Goode Theatre at the corner of 46th Street and Monarch Way. 

Please prepare 16 bars of music and be prepared to move.  (No flip-flops or barefeet).  Readings will be from the script. 

Come out and be a part of this joyous production! 


ODU THEATRE TECHNICAL POSITION 2013-2014

We are looking for students to work backstage as well as onstage.  If you are interested in stage managing, assistant stage managing, assistant directing, design positions or working in the shop or on a crew, please contact Konrad Winters (kwinters@odu.edu).  Get the experience you need for after graduation!
