Who Do You Think Will Be Hired?

JOB FAIR DRESS FOR WOMEN

Suit: Two piece, dark suit, clean, neatly pressed, and a proper fit. Skirted suit should be at an appropriate length

Shirts: Solid light color, no cleavage showing

Shoes: Neutral color, closed toe, polished shoes with reasonable heel height, no stilettos or boots                                                                       

Earrings: Small gold or silver or small diamond or pearl studs (one in each ear). No jingling jewelry, bracelets, no more than one ring per hand

Hair: Neat and off your face, avoid extreme colors and styles

Nails: Clear polish or French manicure

Hosiery: Sheer; neutral color complementing your skin color                       

Purse: Small and should match your shoes. Carry only one item (small purse and portfolio are ok, no back-packs)            

Cosmetics: Minimal make-up in neutral tones, no red lipstick, no perfume

Tattoos: Cover Them

Suits: Dark suit: Comfortable, nice fit. Navy Preferred. Pants should be appropriate length

Shirts: White or light colored

Tie: Solid, Striped, Geometric. No floral, paisley, or cartoon character prints

Shoes: Well polished leather dress shoes. No tennis shoes or sneakers                               

Jewelry: 3 pieces, including watch. No earrings          

Socks: Dark socks, small check or diamond design is appropriate                                          

Accessories:Briefcase or portfolio acceptable. No backpacks

Hair: Neat, clean, and off face. Clean shaven, trimmed, and tidy facial hair.

Cologne: No cologne, deodorant is preferred

Nails:Clean and short

Tattoos: Cover them!
