Over 4000 students live on campus and enjoy the benefits of a living-learning community. Housing provides opportunities for growth and development through educational, social, cultural and recreational programming. ODU has several options for students.
First Year living includes: Virginia House, Ireland House, Whitehurst Hall, Rogers Main and East, Gresham Main and East, The Inn, and Scotland House.
Sophomore and upperclass living includes: Powhatan Apartments, Ireland House, Virginia House, and Foundation House.
In addition, the University offers independent living at Nusbaum Apartments, and University Village .
