Faculty Seminar on Information Literacy

Planning to integrate information literacy into a new or existing course?

The University Libraries and Faculty Senate Committee A invite you to attend one of two lunchtime seminars. After an overview of information literacy, faculty members from different colleges will demonstrate what they have done to integrate information literacy into their courses.

Also you will get a preview of the new modules created by the Library and find out how to get further assistance. Time will be provided for Q&A during the last part of the session.

Department chairs, program directors and faculty who will be teaching the courses are encouraged to attend.

The seminars will be offered in the Perry Library, Room 163.

-- Thursday, March 18, 12:00-1:30pm

Plan to attend even if you have to leave early. Bring your lunch if you wish; beverages will be provided.
