2008 PFF Certificate Application Form
Students who entered a graduate program at ODU or another PFF-affiliated institution prior to Fall 2011 should use this application. Once all activities are completed the Application Form and documentation should be submitted to Dr. Elaine Justice, PFF Steering Committee Chair, ODU Psychology Department, MGB 134A. Deadline for application is the first Monday in December for fall semester and the first Monday in April for the spring semester. Materials will be reviewed by the Steering Committee and, if approved, a certificate will be issued.
