Professor Quizzes U.S. Employees
Sheri Colberg-Ochs, PhD, Professor of Exercise Science, is testing physical activity knowledge of employees around the country. The pop quiz is part of the American Diabetes Association’s new healthy worksite program Stop Diabetes @ Work. As a member of the Association’s Prevention Committee, Colberg leads an electronic Physical Activity lunch and learn presentation that highlights the benefits of exercise. Registered employees can listen to Dr. Colberg’s expert advice at work or at home through a customized web portal. Dr. Colberg is one of a select number of national experts who is participating in the Stop Diabetes @ Work electronic lunch and learn series.
