You have 60-days from the wedding to: (A copy of your marriage license/certificate will be required)

+ Change your health plan (add or remove optional features) and add your new spouse and any eligible family members to your health coverage or if you are not enrolled, to enroll yourself and new spouse in coverage.
+ Cancel your health coverage so that you can enroll on your spouse’s coverage. You will need documentation showing coverage by your spouse’s insurance.
+ Enroll in or increase or reduce your Medical Reimbursement Account. You may enroll in, increase, reduce or cancel your Dependent Care Reimbursement Account.

Consider reviewing your beneficiary designations for your Basic and Optional Life Insurance, Tax Sheltered Annuity (TSA/403b), Cash Match (CM/401a) and/or Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP/457) accounts and your VRS or ORP retirement account.

If you are going to assume your married name, obtain a new Social Security Card and provide a copy to HR.

Provide Human Resources, your TSA, CM, DCP and/or ORP retirement company(s) with any new mailing address.
