Redefine a Classified Position (in-band adjustment or role change)

This management-initiated action is used to significantly change the nature of the duties and responsibilities, which could result in either a role change and/or potential pay increase.  This action is also used for in-band adjustments based on change in duties, retention, internal alignment, and application of new KSA's.
