Staff are available to explain and interpret policy, to discuss options available for addressing concerns, and for determining available and appropriate resources to  resolve issues.  In addition, staff can provide information about resources such as the State Employee Assistance Program, mediation services provided by ODU and by the Department of Employment Dispute Resolution counselors in Richmond, and the Grievance Procedure.  All assistance is confidential within legal parameters.
