The purpose is to understand ourselves better in order to be more effective as individuals and team members. This is required course for Track Two participants. |

Mentoring and Networking systems are composed of people who provide one another with information, support, advice, coaching, and practical assistance to accomplish individual and team goals. This program provides guidance and tips on how to establish and participate in mentoring relationships. This is a required program for Track 2 participants. |
| Behavior Based Coaching |
The objective of this session is to provide a basic foundation from which Supervisors can draw upon to ensure the thorough preparation for and accurate delivery of effective feedback & coaching that ultimately results in the desired behavior/performance. As a result, employees should experience improved overall performance. This is a two part course and participants are required to complete both sessions. This is a required program for Track 2 participants. |

This program is designed to help you
Stress is something that we all deal with on a daily basis and 'how' we handle that stress can impact our health and wellbeing. This program provides a basic understanding of the stressors, how to recognize them and what you can do to effectively manage them. This course is required for all track two participants. |
| Reflection and Book Review | This session serves as a comprehensive look at the LMDC track and its effectiveness. It allows participants to provide feedback on what went well, what did not go so well, and to provide suggestions for revisions and future program additions/deletions. Each year a book is selected and provided as a gift to participants. Participants are required to read the book (over the course of the 6 month program) and complete review assignments. Active participation in book review discussion is expected. This course is required for all Track participants. |
