European Union Ambassador João Vale de Almeida will deliver the keynote address at Old Dominion's "Europe and America - Learning from Each Other" conference at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 12. The conference, which continues May 13, will feature a series of seminars on topics pertinent to the U.S. and Europe.
