Tom Osha, president and CEO of Innovation Research Park @ ODU, welcomes Virginia Secretary of Commerce and Trade Jim Cheng to campus July 6. During his visit, Cheng met with several university officials, including Richard Heller, director of the Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics, who gave a presentation on the center's work.
