Charles Wilson was named this morning as dean of the College of Arts and Letters. Provost Carol Simpson announced the appointment in an email to the university community. Wilson has served as the college's interim dean since August 2010. (Full Story)

With three weeks to go until the winter solstice, beautiful fall colors are still holding on in many places throughout the campus. On a rainy Tuesday afternoon, however, these students were more interested in staying dry than admiring the foliage near Webb Center.
