Maj. Gen. Frederick Rudesheim, U.S. Army, leads members of ODU's Army ROTC Monarch Battalion in the commissioning oath at the commissioning ceremony on Dec. 16. Rudesheim, the Deputy Director J7, Joint and Coalition Warfighting, Joint Staff, was guest speaker for the program at the University Theatre.
