Marcelo Siles, ODU's new executive director of international programs, talks with well-wishers at a reception for him in Dragas Hall last Friday. Siles, who joined the university Feb. 6, previously served as executive director and dean of international programs at Northern Michigan University. Provost Carol Simpson said Siles places a strong emphasis on linking international programs with academic programs.
