VDOT has rescheduled this weekend’s planned closure of the eastbound tunnel of the HRBT to help ease traffic congestion for spring commencement ceremonies in the region. Students who filled out the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test at the No Booza Palooza event enjoyed free food and took part in a variety of fun activities.
