Ms. Elisabeth Vadnais Dickie, Learning Coordinator, Disability Services, received a Master of Education in Special Education in 1995 from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Education, Special Education in 1988 from Vanderbilt University. Since February 2009, she has been working as a Learning Coordinator in Disability Services at Old Dominion University. She has also been an Instructional Specialist and Special Education Support Teacher for Montgomery County Public Schools.
Ms. Meghan Simon Kelly, Diversity Coordinator, Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity, received a Doctorate degree from Drake University School of Law and a B.A. from James Madison University. Her professional history involves providing the U.S. Government consultation on legislative, regulatory and judicial issues involving the rights of Native Americans. Accordingly, she has served on the White House Domestic Council Native American Task Force, and has worked for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Agriculture.
Ms. Barbara J. Reynolds, Senior Equal Opportunity Investigator, Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity, received an M.S. in Staff Development and Supervision in 1972 from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Education in 1967 from Norfolk State College. She has been a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Specialist (Sr. Compliance Officer) for the U.S. Department of Labor in the Functional Affirmative Action Program Unit.
