Tricks and Treats
Nancy Wade (above, in cow costume) was one-upped on Halloween by her Learning Community students, who donned everything from bib overalls to a dress, pearls, and a wig in an Oct. 31 tribute to their favorite biology professor. Joining the students for the trick was fellow LC faculty member Aleene Rose of the Writing Center, who also showed up in bib overalls in honor of Wade, the "country girl" from North Carolina. "I was absolutely shocked, but also very honored," said Wade, who regarded the stunt as more treat than trick.
