Marathon mom
Kim Rubin '84 (M.B.A. '94) takes children Isaac, 4, and Josh, 2, out for a fast-paced stroll at the accounting department's fourth annual 5K Run and Walk Sept. 14. A former internal auditor for the city of Virginia Beach and the wife of Bruce Rubin, interim dean of the College of Business and Public Administration, Rubin placed first in the female accountants category. Proceeds from the event, estimated at $5,000, will support faculty development and two student accounting organizations.
