ODU’s Illumination on Dec. 3 was a fun event for young and old – but especially the young. Commencement: Gov. Kaine, Kathleen Parker to address grads
Gov. Timothy M. Kaine and Washington Post columnist Kathleen Parker will be the speakers for Old Dominion’s 109th commencement exercises Saturday, Dec. 13.
