Using Results

Results of assessments should be communicated to stakeholders in such a way that they can be used to support decisions and make changes.

Things to consider when presenting results:

  • Ways to deliver results
  • Knowing your audience
  • Presenting usable results
  • What assessment is and why it's important
  • Effective use of graphics
This document is an introduction to presenting assessment results, including an explanation of several different presentation formats, common questions asked at assessment presentations, and tips for catering to your audience.
