Future Leaders Spend 'A Day At ODU'

More than 200 youths ranging in age from 13-18 spent "A Day at ODU" on Tuesday, July 28, as part of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives' (NOBLE) 8th Annual Youth Conference, themed "NOBLE Youth: The Catalyst of Change."

Tyrone Davis (pictured), educational counselor with the Virginia Tidewater Consortium for Higher Education, led a session on "Strategies to Scholarships" to help college-bound students maximize opportunities for financial support.
