Overflow Seating Available for MLK Lecture
Due to the overwhelming response to Old Dominion University's Martin Luther King Jr. Lecture by guest speaker Harold Ford Jr., overflow seating will be provided in room 1012 of the Batten Arts and Letters Building and in the Hampton/Newport News Room of Webb University Center.
Ford, the man President Bill Clinton once described as "the walking, living embodiment of where America ought to go in the 21st century," will deliver his lecture at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, in the Mills Godwin Jr. Building auditorium. The lecture is free and open to the public.
