49th Street Detoured This Week
Due to construction on the new residence halls, 49th Street will be closed to through traffic between Elkhorn and Powhatan avenues from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, March 2 through Friday, March 6.
Vehicle traffic will be detoured to 43rd Street (see attached map) and pedestrian traffic will be routed by the Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center.
