OCEANOGRAPHY PROFESSOR'S RESEARCH IN NEW YORK TIMES

Old Dominion University Professor of Oceanography Ann Gargett's research on Langmuir supercells was published in the Dec. 10 issue of Science Magazine and covered by The New York Times newspaper yesterday. You can view the article online at http://www.nytimes.com. Free registration is required.

Gargett works in the Center for Physical Oceanography at ODU. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Manitoba and doctorate from the University of British Columbia.
