DAVID METZGER ON "WITH GOOD REASON" THURSDAY

David Metzger, professor of English at Old Dominion University, will be a guest on the radio program "With Good Reason" Thursday, Dec. 22.

A showcase for the research and expertise of faculty at Virginia's higher education institutions, "With Good Reason" can he heard in Hampton Roads on WHRV-FM (89.5) at 11:30 a.m. It can be heard live on the Web at www.whro.com.

Metzger is the coordinator of Old Dominion's Jewish studies program. The program introduces students to the multiplicity of voices, experiences and worlds of the Jewish experience.

The episode will feature Metzger as he discusses the theme of the "stranger" throughout Jewish literature.
