NATIONAL SMOKEOUT DAY OBSERVED AT OLD DOMINION
Old Dominion University's Student Health Services department will mark National Smokeout Day with a seminar on smoking cessation from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, in the Richmond Room of Webb University Center.
