Flags Lowered in Honor of Senator Robert Byrd
Gov. Robert F. McDonnell ordered all flags at state facilities to be lowered in honor of United States Army Private First Class Morganne M. McBeth. The flags will be lowered at sunrise on Wednesday, Aug. 10 and remain at half-staff until sunset per the governor's order.
