POWWOW IS NOV. 13 IN WEBB CENTER

A Native American powwow, titled "Echoes of the Past," will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, in the Powhatan Community Room of Webb University Center.

Members of the local Native American community will present a program commemorating American Indian Heritage Month.
The program will feature an exhibition of dances, the story of the Jingle Dance, and a question-and-answer exchange with the audience.
