OPEN ENROLLMENT ENDS ON 16TH FOR CIGNA's DISABILITY, PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

Open enrollment for CIGNA's Long-Term Disability and Personal Accident Insurance will continue through Friday, Nov. 16.

Salaried employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible, although there is a minimum annual salary requirement of $15,000 to enroll in the Long-Term Disability plan.

If an employee is already enrolled (the code on the pay stub will be CIGNALTD or CIGNAADD), re-enrollment is not necessary; enrollment will continue until canceled by the employee.
