Six ODU Graduates Selected for Inside Business 'Top 40 Under 40' List

Inside Business recently recognized 40 young businesspeople in Hampton Roads who are successful in their careers and are involved in the community, as part of its annual "Top 40 Under 40" feature.

This year, six Old Dominion University alumni were among the select group:

• Cheryl L. Fromme (B.S. '96), College of Engineering and Technology - Chief, Engineering Branch, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, age 37

• Kim Hudson (B.S. '04), College of Arts and Letters - Senior director of corporate relations, American Heart Association, age 30

• Vincent Rhodes (M.A. '03), College of Arts and Letters - Director of marketing and communications, Eastern Virginia Medical School, age 39

• Carla Michelle Howard (M.P.A. '03), College of Business and Public Administration - Business development manager, Norfolk Department of Development, age 32

• Keith Byron Lockwood (M.B.A. '08), College of Business and Public Administration - Transitional chief, Regulatory Branch, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, age 31

• Alton Jamison (B.S. '01), Frank Batten College of Engineering and Technology - Owner/CEO, Alton Jamison LLC, age 32.
