BE A SPORT OR JUST GEAR-UP LIKE ONE: REC SPORTS OFFERING OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

The Recreational Sports Department is offering two events this month for faculty and staff: an overnight camping trip to Shenandoah National Park and a bike maintenance clinic.

To register for the camping trip, pick up the pre-trip registration form at the H&PE building, Room 188, or complete it at the meeting. Payment must be made at the Athletic Administration Ticket office, then return the receipt and registration form to H&PE, Room 192.

Camping participants must attend pre-trip meeting on Thursday, November 3rd, at 12:30 pm, in HPE Room 136.

If you've watched the Tour de Lance every year and talked about hitting the road yourself, but didn't feel you had the skills to survive those flat tires and gear glitches come to the free, Bike Maintenance Clinic, Nov. 10, 12:30 p.m. where one Trek bike will be given away.

For more information contact the Recreational Sports Department at 683-3384 or todello@odu.edu.
