LT. GOV. TIM KAINE AT WEBB TODAY

Lt. Gov. Tim Kaine, the Democratic candidate for Virginia governor, will speak at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1 at the Cyber Cafe in Old Dominion University's Webb Center.

The talk, which is free and open to the public, is being sponsored by Old Dominion's student chapter of the College Democrats.

Kaine was elected lieutenant governor in 2001. Prior to that, he served as a city councilman and mayor of Richmond.
