CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM IS TOPIC FOR MEETING
Jeannette Franklin of the League of Women Voters will discuss "Campaign Finance Reform" at the next meeting of the Old Dominion University Norfolk Round Table.
The group will meet from 6-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, in the Virginia Rice Webb Room of Webb University Center.
