MARBURY HIRED TO LEAD REC SPORTS

Kevin Marbury has been hired as Old Dominion University's director of recreational sports.

Marbury received a bachelor's degree in biology and physical education from Earlhan College, a master of science degree in recreational and leisure studies and a Ph.D. in higher education administration from the University of North Texas. He previously held positions in recreational sports at Virginia Commonwealth University and at North Texas prior to taking on additional administrative responsibilities at Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, Fla.
