CREED Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon June 22
Old Dominion University's E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate and Economic Development (CREED) will hold its annual meeting and luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, at the Ted Constant Convocation Center.
This year's guest speaker is James DeLisle, Runstad Professor of Real Estate, Urban Planning and Design and director of graduate studies for the Master of Science in Real Estate Program at the University of Washington. His topic is "Surveying Commercial Real Estate Trends and Performance in the National and Hampton Roads Markets."
DeLisle is the author of the "Financial Views" column in The Appraisal Journal and has published widely in academic and professional journals. His research interests include sustainable development and growth management, mixed-use development, institutional investment and strategic planning.
CREED's mission is to provide information and resources for the Hampton Roads real estate and economic development communities in their quest to improve the regional economy through job creation and investment. The center publishes annual real estate market reviews on the office, industrial, retail, single-family and multifamily real estate markets and sponsors the Hampton Roads Real Estate Market Review and Forecast.
