'RUSH HOUR' FITNESS CLASS RETURNS
The popular "Rush Hour" fitness class is starting up again with classes being offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:15-5:55 p.m. in the Health and P.E. building.
The class is a combination of 20 minutes of cardiovascular work and 20 minutes focused on toning muscles.
Recreational Sports offers several group fitness classes throughout the year including exercise ball classes, strength 'n' tone, kickboxing, water aerobics and ODU's own yolates class which is combination of yoga and pilates.
