Update on ODU Opening for Students

Old Dominion University is expecting power to be restored to the residence halls as soon as possible. Assuming that power is indeed restored in a timely manner, students may move into the residence halls on Tuesday and classes would begin on Wednesday.

Please note: If power is not restored as expected, these dates may change. An update on whether power has been restored or not, will be announced by 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 29.

The university is experiencing widespread phone outages. For urgent questions, please use email contacts for offices, which can be found in the online directory here http://www.odu.edu/oduhome/directories.shtml. We appreciate your patience as we work to get our systems up and running.
