RECTOR APPOINTS COMMITTEE CHAIRS

Board of Visitors Rector Walter D. Kelley Jr. announced the appointments of six committee chairs at the Oct. 9 meeting of the board's Executive Committee.

Appointed to serve one year as chairs of the board's standing committees were: Mary Haddad, Academic Affairs; Henry P. Bouffard, Administration and Finance; Elizabeth W. Atkinson, Institutional Advancement; and Ronald Villanueva, Student Affairs.

Kelley also appointed Beverly B. Graeber to chair the Presidential Transition Committee and J. Jack W. Hilgers to chair the Bylaws Review Committee.
