The second seminar of the College of Business and Public Administration's fall semester series will be 3-4:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, in Constant Hall room 2099.

A presentation on "Effects of Complaining vs. Negative Word-of-Mouth on Subsequent Changes in Satisfaction: The Role of Public Commitment," will be delivered by Mahesh Gopinath, a professor in the Department of Business Administration's marketing discipline.
