CELEBRATE HISPANIC HERITAGE AT "CAFE CON LECHE" SEPT. 23
Old Dominion University will be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with flavor at "Cafe Con Leche," an evening of cultural food, singing and dancing on Friday, Sept. 23.
Sponsored by ODU's Office of Multicultural Student Services and the Dragas International Center, the event will be held at 7 p.m. in the North Cafeteria of Webb University Center. It is free and open to the public.
The evening will feature open-microphone performances, music from a disc jockey and free cultural food and beverages, including cafe con leche, a traditional coffee beverage served in many Latino countries.
