ODU CELEBRATES COLLEGE COLORS DAY

Old Dominion University's celebration of College Colors Day will be held Friday, Sept. 8.

Sponsored in part by the offices of Student Activities and Leadership, Athletics and the University Bookstore, the annual College Colors Day encourages students, faculty, staff, alumni and fans to wear ODU college apparel to demonstrate school spirit.

Big Blue will roam the campus looking for those wearing blue and silver and hand out prizes for school spirit.

The event, originally scheduled for Friday, Sept. 1, was postponed due to inclement weather from Tropical Storm Ernesto. Each Friday during the academic year is designated as Spirit Day, when members of the campus community are encouraged to wear school colors.
