CBFA AWARDS CEREMONY IS SEPT. 23

Old Dominion University's Coalition of Black Faculty and Administrators association will hold its annual awards ceremony and reception from noon-2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, in the Cape Charles Room of Webb University Center.

The following awards will be presented:

- Distinguished Service Awards: Lenora Thompson, director of counseling services, and Dana Burnett, vice president for student services

- Award Of Excellence: Charles Wilson, professor and chair, English Department

Tickets are $15 in advance (check must be received by Sept. 19); $20 at the door. Make checks payable to CBFA and send to Jackie Hines, student support services, 122-A Academic Skills Center.
