CENTER FOR LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES' SUMMER WORKSHOP SERIES BEGINS MONDAY

Old Dominion's Center for Learning Technologies is offering a continuing summer workshop series Aug. 7-9 on distance learning technologies.

Workshops will be held in the Gornto TELETECHNET Center, Perry Library and Webb University Center. The series will include: teaching in the video/virtual classrooms; supporting distance learning teachers; anywhere, anytime library resources; copyright and intellectual property issues; narrated on-line presentation; and how to build a course Web site. A demonstration of Online Testing Products as well as demonstrations from vendors Question Mark and LXR*TEST will be held.

A limited number of seats are available and registration is requested. Signup sheets will be available at the introductory session on Monday, August 7th. On-line registration is also available at http://web.odu.edu/CLT.
