FRIDAY IS THE LAST DAY TO CONTRIBUTE DONATIONS FOR LOCAL FIRE VICTIMS

Old Dominion University is sponsoring a campus drive to assist two local families from the Lambert's Point neighborhood of Norfolk who have been left homeless after a recent fire. Boxes to collect non-perishable items for the victims are located in room 100 Koch Hall and the information desk in Webb Center.

The Old Dominion University Credit Union has agreed to collect donations on behalf of these families. All checks should addressed to the "Lambert's Point Fire Rescue Fund" and delivered to the ODU Credit Union located at 2701 Hampton Boulevard, Norfolk, VA 23517.

ODU and the ODU Credit Union will accept donations until Friday, Aug. 4.
